Turning is done on CNC machines to
achieve consistency on dimensions.
Gear cutting is carried out under strict
control for proper fitment and matching
when used.
Case hardening is done on gas
carburizing furnaces to attain
uniformity of case hardness and to
achieve a tough core.
Gear sets are shaved or lapped to reduce
friction and noise level thus improving
life of the product.
100% inspection is carried on gears
before shipment and duly packed for safe
transit.
